2 Stage interview process
🧩 What you’ll do:
* Manage provisioning of fibre/ethernet services
* Order and chase delivery from carriers (BT, Vodafone, Colt, etc.)
* Coordinate internal engineers for builds, configs & handovers
* Own number porting
* Handle first-line escalations
* Keep customers informed and billing triggered
✅ What you need:
* 2+ years in provisioning/admin
* Experience ordering data circuits with UK carriers
* Solid number porting knowledge
* Strong Excel skills
* Confident phone manner
* Degree-qualified and commutable to South London
