Your new role
You will take full responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will create an inclusive and stimulating environment that supports children’s early development both academically and socially.
Key responsibilities include:
7. Planning and delivering creative, high-quality EYFS lessons
8. Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
9. Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
10. Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
11. Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
12. Contributing to the wider school ethos andmunity
What you'll need to succeed
13. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
14. Experience teaching within Early Years (Reception preferred)
15. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
16. A passion for early childhood education
17. Strong classroom management andmunication skills
18. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
