Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CEO Driver role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Personal Driver for the CEO (sometimes requires to drive his family)
* Safely transporting company staff and in a safe in a timely manner (when required)
* Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules in line with company requirements.
* Assisting CEO/staff with the loading and offloading.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
* Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
* Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
* Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
* Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations.
* Ensure vehicle are kept clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition.
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
* Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and service schedules are up to date.
* Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and fuel usage records.
Qualifications
* Valid UK Drivers License
* Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
* Knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance
* Familiarity with the London Area and nearby routes is preferred
* High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 8AM to 8PM
Saturday - Half day
(This can also be flexible depending on non busy days)
