Job Description:
La Cucina is a notable venue within Fairmont St Andrews, and we are seeking a Manager to oversee its smooth operation while ensuring the venue is maintained to Fairmont standards.
A little more about what you will be doing:
* Take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation in La Cucina, allocating staffing resources, monitoring standards, and ensuring they are met.
* Check schedules, develop incentives for Food and Beverage Sales, and oversee training.
* Ensure service standards are adhered to and exceeded on each shift.
* Attend to guest requests, anticipating their needs.
* Maintain records of purchase orders and expenses.
* Manage staff recruitment alongside the Human Resources Department.
* Handle complaints related to food and beverage services.
* Reorder stock as needed.
* Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
* Manage payroll in line with revenues.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role is essential.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
* This is a full-time position requiring late-night shifts, as La Cucina is open exclusively for dinner service.
