We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and love solving problems. No experience? No problem. We’ll pay you to train! Our 2-week Intek Operator Training Course will get you up to speed and ready to thrive.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
* Set up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co-extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.)
* Start up machines and set parameters to produce high-quality products
* Read and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specs
* Monitor and measure product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systems
* Perform changeovers, adjust lengths and angles during runs
* Tear down and clean equipment for the next production cycle
* Keep track of production data and footage

* Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes initiative
* Mechanically inclined and curious about how things work
* Comfortable using a computer
* Great at organizing tasks and managing priorities
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Has a reliable attendance and work history
