You will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality classroom, small-group, and 1:1 support. Our SEN provision includes 10–11 high-needs pupils
, and we require TAs who are confident, proactive, and able to adapt quickly.
Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional challenges.
Working with children from vulnerable home environments and supporting those who may have experienced trauma or instability.
Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with particular emphasis on
upper KS2 behaviour management
.
Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture.
Key stage 1 &2, strong behaviour management, positive, friendly, confident
Possible upcoming maternity cover

SEN provision requires experienced, capable TAs
Strong behaviour management, in either Key Stage 1&2
Experience supporting
SEN pupils
and confidence working with high-needs children.
