Now they’re looking for a Marketing Automation Analyst to take ownership of campaigns, platforms, and performance.
You’ll be the person shaping best practices, from onboarding to optimisation.
While HubSpot is the core, there’s room to explore wider MarTech tools. Think Marketo, Pardot, CRM integrations, AI, and beyond.
If you're a hands-on marketer ready to lead projects, influence strategy, and still get stuck into the tech, this is your next step.
What you’ll bring as a Marketing Automation Analyst:
* 2–3 years’ hands-on HubSpot experience across full-funnel campaigns
* Strong understanding of marketing strategy, not just execution
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Desire to evolve into a broader MarTech consultant
* Bonus if you’ve used Marketo, Pardot or worked agency-side in B2B/Tech
What’s on offer for the right Marketing Automation Analyst:
* £35,000–£45,000 base
* Dedicated training budget
* Hybrid working – 2 days a week in their office
