An established investment business within the property sector is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its growing Manchester team. The company works closely with helping professional athletes to build lasting financial security beyond their sporting careers. This is a confidential hire for an organisation that has built its reputation on trust, long term value and a strong network of professional partners.This position is perfect for someone who naturally blends creativity with confidence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating digital content in a lively office environment and on shoots (roughly once per week). The right candidate will enjoy the mix of filming, editing, and bringing personality to a brand. The team is looking for someone who has a genuine interest in property or experience within the sector and who wants to take full ownership of social platforms across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and more. The role is fully based in the Manchester office and reports to the Marketing Manager.What You Will Be Doing…• Create high quality video content using CapCut and produce polished graphics through Canva• Film on site, capture partner meetings, attend events and gather behind the scenes material• Write tailored captions for each platform and develop creative concepts to grow a private account• Manage schedules, monitor engagement, review analytics and adjust strategy across all channels• Work closely with the CEO and wider teams while attending weekly client sessions and occasional overseas tripsWhat We Are Looking For...• Confident, personable and comfortable adding character to content while working within a property focused brand• Experienced in filming, editing, designing and scripting content with strong organisation and attention to detail• Background or strong interest in property is important, with any exposure to sport welcomed• Previous experience in social media or content creation, ideally with success growing niche or private accountsPlease note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
