The Role As Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating compelling digital content that raises awareness of our behind-the-scenes and frontline work for members, spotlights the impactful work of solicitors, and promotes our products and services. You'll lead a team of two executives to create new blogs, videos, and audio content (working collaboratively with your social media, communications, and marketing colleagues). These will be published across our website, email, and social media channels. Working with the Digital Communications Lead, you will produce effective plans and processes that will allow you and your team to publish a consistent stream of engaging, relevant, tailored, and creative outputs. Crucially, you will use your experience to ensure our outputs are both based on audience insights and deliver on our strategic and commercial goals. What we're looking for You will be able to demonstrate significant experience of identifying and writing compelling stories that engage different audiences. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering engaging and compelling content that is tailored to specific audiences. You will have strong line management skills and the ability to empower others to deliver their best work. You will be able to quickly understand complex or technical issues and translate that into engaging and easy to understand communications. You will also have a good understanding of latest trends and best practice in creating engaging digital content.
