With support at home being the preferred place of care, we are committed to serving the people in your community to stay safe and have dignified support at all times. We provide good mileage allowance and support you with excellent ongoing training and our office and admin team are always on hand to support you, we have a 24 hour on call system in place both for you and our clients. We know and appreciate that you are the heart of our business and without you we cannot provide vital services. The role of being a senior carer is an important role within working in the health & social care industry. You will lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of respect and care. Overall ensuring the dignity of the clients is always maintained. You will need to take part in a rota for the on call phone which is one week in 4. You must drive and have a vehicle with business cover. You need to be a good team leader, communicator, listener, to be focused, dedicated and reliable. You will be required to take part in the on call to ensure we offer full support to clients and care staff. Require a qualification minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social. And been working in care for at least a year.
