Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Brand Call Centre Coordinator to support our call centre operations and brand engagement initiatives. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in marketing, customer communication, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day call centre activities related to brand campaigns.
* Support outbound and inbound call initiatives to engage potential and existing customers.
