The role
As a Change Manager,you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead the development, execution, and oversight of the Change Management Process across the Project, Programme, or Portfolio.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with the project team to manage and process changes in alignment with commercial and business needs. You’ll also:
* Manage change in line with performance
* Stakeholder communication and prioritisation
* Support recording of Design Configuration in line with Authority and third party requirements
* Providing accurate cost reporting
* Liaising with Project Controls and Configuration management leadership teams
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Type 31 Change Manager:
* Project Change management process experience
* Experience in constructive or manufacturing projects
* Cost control experience and Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding
Qualifications for the Type 31 Change Manager:
* HNC or above learning in an Engineering based qualification
* Association of Project Management qualification
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
