DSb is exclusively working for a growing, design-led premium fashion brand who is looking for a UK Retail Manager to lead and grow their UK retail and partnership stores. This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded retail professional with a passion for independent, design-led brands.
You’ll own the commercial and operational performance of their 4 stores (currently Nottingham to London), lead and develop high-performing teams, and ensure an exceptional customer and brand experience aligned with our values.
You will be responsible for:
• Lead, inspire, and support store managers across up to 4 stores in the UK (with the potential to expand internationally).
• Coach and develop retail teams to meet performance, service, and brand standards.
• Own the P&L for all stores; drive sales, profitability, and cost control.
• Analyse performance metrics and trading patterns to inform decisions and exceed commercial targets.
• Develop and implement retail KPIs and benchmarks across locations.
• Standardise retail operations and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee store openings, refurbishments, and ongoing visual merchandising strategy.
• Manage stock control, replenishment processes, and in-store logistics in coordination with HQ.
• Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that in-store experiences embody the brand's identity.
• Represent the retail business in cross-functional meetings, contributing insights to product, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• Support the seamless onboarding and setup of future stores, partnership stores and teams.
About you
* Proven multi-site retail management experience within (fashion/lifestyle/premium)
* Strong commercial and P&L ownership skills
* A people-first leader with a strategic, hands-on approach
* Passion for design-led, independent fashion retailing
* Flexible to travel regularly across the UK - predominately travel between London and Nottingham regions but also open to international travel
