With 350 office's worldwide, this will see you working in their modern, purpose built offices playing a vital part within their ocean team supporting a department manager : Tracking and maintaining smooth running of freight process Accurate data entry of freight information Client and vendor invoicing Client contact updating on delivery and rapport building General department administration Leading team meetings to discuss workloads and plan Support the business in ensuring compliance within the department Approval of vendor invoicing Assisting the department manager in goal settingThe successful ocean freight team leader will have a need to hold a freight forwarding background ideally within ocean freight, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages. It would be beneficial to hold current CRM system experience but full training will be provided within their bespoke system.
