What were looking for:A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalentAt least 2 years experience in an early years setting, ideally with supervisory or room leader responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcareExcellent communication, organisational and leadership skillsA warm, positive and proactive approach to teamwork and childcare??
