Professional and experienced multi skilled tradesman required to work on a 6 month contract with leading Staffordshire based housing association on void property maintenance. Contract type: Agency for 6 months Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Base in Stafford with regular travel across the wider region. Company van supplied. Pay rate: £19 - £21.25 per hour depending on skill set Main duties - Carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled tradesman, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks, as requested by the Voids Supervisor.
