RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR - NEWCASTLE ON TYNE - ONSITE - UP TO £35k
Robert Half are delighted to be assisting a newly-created, fast-growing client with their search for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Co-ordinator offering up to £35k!
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across both experienced and graduate hiring.

1. Job Title: Recruitment Co-ordinator
2. Salary: Up to £35k - depending on experience
3. Location: Newcastle On Tyne
4. Working pattern: Full-time - 5 days onsite - 40 hours per week, scheduled to ensure team coverage between 8:30am and 6:30pm at all times
Responsibilities:
5. Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
6. Act as a key liaison for candidates, agencies, and stakeholders.
7. Screen CVs against defined criteria.
8. Coordinate interviews and assessment processes.
9. Invigilate testing environments.
10. Collate feedback and assessment outcomes.
11. Manage pipelines, scorecards, and reporting using Greenhouse.
12. Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding journey.
Requirements:
13. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
14. Strong organisational and coordination ability.
15. A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes.
16. Confidence working with stakeholders across levels.
17. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
18. 1-2 years' recruitment administration experience in a corporate setting.
19. 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group university (or equivalent), plus strong A-levels.
