As a Qualified Audit Senior, you will take responsibility for leading audits from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners, and supporting the development of junior staff members. Role Responsibilities Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion Undertaking audit fieldwork and ensuring files are completed to a high technical standard Preparing audit completion documentation and supporting statutory accounts preparation Supervising junior staff on-site, reviewing work and providing coaching and feedback Acting as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients during audit engagements Identifying audit risks and escalating technical matters to Managers/Partners where appropriate Ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget The Ideal Candidate ACA / ACCA Qualified Strong UK practice audit experience Confident and professional communicator with strong client-facing skills Experience supervising junior team members Well organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality client service Culture & Values My client is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where all individuals are valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
