The post holder will be required to provide effective stores, plant and fuel services for Operational Services and to perform such other duties associated with this work.
The post holder will be required to provide an effective plant and vehicle hire system for Operational Services
The post holder will work closely with the Stores Team Leader and Stores Assistants in ensuring that the internal and external stores are run in an efficient and safe working manner.
The main duties of the post will be
* procurement and returns of goods and services required to ensure Operational Services delivers a high quality service.
* Raising orders and processing invoices (TRANMAN)
* Create and maintain of effective working relationships with operatives, suppliers and managers, Store management, store audits, physically moving stock, receiving/issuing stock, fuel management, forklift operation, store/yard management, stock checking, plant hire, stock non stock Plant orders
Essential Criteria:
* Nat 4 Maths or equivalent
* Knowledge of multi service materials
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, employees and suppliers.
