We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Belper, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company. The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users. As part of Technical Customer Service Advisor role, you’ll require: Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector Have a good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain information Proven experience of being able to resolve issues Competent with the use of MS Office applications Hold excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Have the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising workloads Within the role you’ll also be: Coordinating all incoming queries and service repairs Handling incoming calls and emails and liaising with customers in a timely and professional manner Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
