Teaching Personnel is looking for an energetic and active Sports Coach to join either a Secondary SEN or SEMH Provision in Salford as a full-time Teaching Assistant.

About the Role:
* Support pupils aged 11–16 in either a specialist SEN or SEMH secondary provision
* Lead and assist with daily physical activities, PE lessons, and structured play
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students engage in learning and build key social and emotional skills
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and physical activity through tailored sessions
* Work closely with experienced staff in a supportive, collaborative environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a background in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or related active roles
* Is confident, energetic, and passionate about working with young people with additional or SEMH needs
* Has experience with children or young people (clubs, schools, mentoring, camps)
* Is willing to learn and adapt to the needs of SEN/SEMH pupils
* Is available full-time (Monday to Friday, during school hours)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
