We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to take ownership of the legal and contractual function across the Offshore division. This is a standalone, hands-on role suited to someone confident, autonomous, and proactive - able to anticipate issues, manage risk, and escalate to third-party advisors where required. You will work closely with Compliance, Finance, Payroll, and the Sales teams, supporting a contractor base of approximately 600 active contractors.
What will you do?
Ownership and management of all contracts, including:
* Candidate and contractor contracts
* Client terms and conditions
* Supplier agreements
* Supplier onboarding, ensuring legal and contractual compliance
* Oversight of insurances and associated documentation
* Managing and maintaining accreditations
* Supporting and responding to client audits
* Responsibility for A1 Forms (EU legal focus rather than compliance)
* Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders across the business
* Liaising with and escalating matters to external legal advisers and third parties when required
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in a Legal Manager or senior legal/contracts role
* Strong contracts background is essential
* International experience is highly desirable
* Confident working autonomously and making informed decisions
* Proactive, forward-thinking, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
* Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
