Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Peer Support Worker, you will provide exceptional support and interventions to clients with mental health needs, focusing on early intervention and prevention. Your mission will be to empower clients with the skills they need to thrive independently, all while aligning with our organizational values and the ethos of recovery and co-production.

What We’re Looking For:
* Lived Experience: Familiarity with mental health care pathways, including emergency department visits and community mental health services.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately, building trusting relationships with service users, carers, and professionals.
* Listening Skills: Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to engage with individuals in crisis.
* Knowledge of Resources: Familiarity with local mental health recovery tools and support services.
* Assessment Skills: Ability to assess needs, risks, and aspirations, providing empathetic signposting to appropriate services.
