Property Consultant
Salary: £32,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000
Experience: Minimum 1 year in estate agency (or similar role)

The Role
IDRIS isn't structured like a traditional estate agency. We are selective by design, limiting the number of homes each consultant manages so we can maximise accountability, service, and results.
Because we work with a select number of properties, this role isn't about juggling volume, it's about ownership. It's about taking each client on a clear, structured journey from valuation through to completion. You remain accountable from start to finish, building trust, managing expectations, negotiating strategically, and delivering outcomes.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year's experience in estate agency (or a similar property role) who already understands the fundamentals, viewings, buyer management, negotiation and pipeline progression, and now wants to operate at a higher level.
This role requires someone driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You must have a strong desire to win, securing instructions, negotiating the best deals, and protecting your client's position. We operate with flexibility and autonomy rather than rigid 9–5 structure, so success here comes from ownership, discipline and ambition.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Cultivating and converting instruction leads
* Conducting valuations and advising on pricing strategy
* Positioning and launching homes with professional marketing support
* Managing buyer relationships and conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers to achieve the strongest outcome
* Proactively updating and guiding sellers throughout the process
* Managing sales progression through to completion
* Leveraging database matching and direct buyer outreach
You'll operate within a collaborative team that shares buyers, knowledge and support, ensuring every client benefits from collective experience and expertise.
