We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable, high volume residential developer based in Guildford. Role overview As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of the development, overseeing site costs and working closely with on site teams. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Support pre-construction activities Procure a range of subcontract packages Manage and process variations Assist with the preparation of monthly CVRs Key requirements HNC or Degree in relevant discipline Previous experience within a residential developer is highly advantageous Driven, ambitious and proactive approach Experience with COINS is desirable In return you will receive Competitive salary up to £60,000 plus package Clear progression pathway Bonus scheme
