As the Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Every day is different from helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting individuals with social activities, appointments, and developing new skills.
Essential
* Minimum of 1 years UK care experience
* Registered with SCW
* Experience supporting those with autism, physical disabilities and learning difficulties
* Compassionate, patient and motivated to support others
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable and flexible to work a combination of shifts (evenings/weekends etc)
