Web Analyst - Hybrid This is a leading name in the UK hospitality space undergoing a major digital and data transformation. With millions of customer touchpoints across web, app, and physical locations, they're investing heavily in building a best-in-class analytics function to better understand and optimise the full customer experience. The Role As Digital Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of digital and customer data-owning the analysis of online journeys across multiple platforms. You'll use GA4 to uncover actionable insights, while also blending online and offline datasets using SQL to drive deeper business intelligence across channels. It's a high-impact role with visibility across marketing, digital product, and data teams. Key Responsibilities Analyse digital journeys and conversion paths using GA4 Deliver insights that inform CRO, UX, and broader digital strategy Build dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings to stakeholders Partner with marketing, digital, and CRM teams to inform optimisation initiatives Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital analytics (GA4 or Adobe Analytics) Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical teams Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus
