An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support the DT Department at Oakfield Academy in Frome, working 16 hours per week, term time only plus 2 INSET days. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual capable of coping in a high-pressure environment and managing constantly changing priorities.
The role would suit someone able to be flexible with working hours between 8.45am-3.30pm, which may vary weekly. Food hygiene and machinery experience would be ideal, but training will be provided.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/Level 4 or above.
* A proven ability to work independently under the guidance of a teacher.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
* Ability to use relevant technology and equipment.
* A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem, and progress of everyone at the school.
The salary will start at £9,087 gross per annum (£757 gross per month). There are three pay points within the grade, and the post holder will progress through these points, with increases each April.
This role requires an enhanced DBS check with a clear outcome, and the right to work in the UK documentation.
