Job Description

Culina Group has a new opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to support the ongoing recruitment needs of our business.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide a fast-paced and proactive service to our hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for effectively facilitating the recruitment of our blue-collar colleagues, primarily focusing on Warehouse Operatives and Drivers, ensuring a well-organized service that meets the needs of the business.

Key Duties

* Create and manage attractive job advertisements to attract talent, highlighting essential qualifications and company values.
* Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment from approval to offer and onboarding.
* Source potential candidates using job boards and social media.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment process, promoting the Group as an employer of choice.
* Develop positive relationships with stakeholders by providing a proactive, customer-focused, credible, and timely recruitment service.

Qualifications

* Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organized with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Full UK driving license.
