1. Assist and deputise for the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards.
2. Be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train your team to do the same.
3. Create an engaging working environment for colleagues.
4. Develop the best team possible by planning succession strategies.
5. Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success.
6. Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand.
Sales and Operations
1. You will be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
2. Lead the team to ensure they follow best practices to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Salary: £33,161 Per annum
