This role is responsible for managing, planning and performing all audits, including the compliance aspects of legal files, across the firm.Salary to £60,000Full-time or 4 days a week09:30 – 17:30Highly competitive employee benefits include health care, holiday buy / sellHybrid working: 2 days a week in the office for full-time or 4 day weekInternal Auditor Key Responsibilities:Manage the annual audit plan and report progressPlan and deliver all internal audits to IIA and internal quality standardsAgree practical actions for improvement with managementContribute to the development of the risk-based audit planEffectively and confidently communicate with all stakeholders related to audits, including those on Executive BoardCreatively use data analytics and visualisation tools to share insights gained through auditsPerform ad-hoc audit projects as required, responding to emerging risks and management requestsInternal Auditor Skills & Requirements:Experience in planning and performing a wide range of audits to high quality standards within a law firm or professional servicesKnowledge and experience of ISO frameworksExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and to get to the root cause of any issues
