Based at Habit's anchor location in Christchurch, you’ll work in brand-new, purpose-built MSK suites, surrounded by a range of professional services that create a truly collaborative and rewarding clinical environment. You’ll manage your own diverse caseload while having dedicated time to mentor and clinically supervise a small group of junior physiotherapists — ensuring they are supported, challenged and thriving in their development. The Role As Lead Physiotherapist, you will: Partner with Clinical and Service Leads to deliver consistently high-quality, evidence-based care Drive best practice and process improvements informed by client feedback and clinical insight Deliver tailored rehabilitation solutions across a varied and engaging MSK caseload Provide structured clinical supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapists Foster a positive, high-performing team culture grounded in collaboration and learning Work autonomously while contributing to wider service and regional objectives You’ll play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and ensuring outstanding outcomes for every client who walks through our doors.
