This role is to lead the estimating function, with responsibility for leading a small dedicated team of Estimators. Duties to include: * Preparing cost estimates * Assessing project risks * Evaluation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers * Preparation of cost reports * Communication / interaction with clients / stakeholders. Required skills include the ability to read and interpret project information (including drawings and specifications), proficient in estimating packages / software, technical skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, a team player.
