Job Description:
We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as Personal Care Assistants, to provide the best in dedicated care & support to the children & adults who use our services.

Job Responsibilities:
Providing high standards of personal physical and emotional support and care to our clients, in conjunction with their support plans.
Support with everyday living tasks with a tailored, people centre approach, dependent on each individual's needs, which could include medication.
Supporting clients to be as active and independent as possible within their community.
Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns
Where appropriate ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe
Criteria:
You will be required to be registered with the SSSC and PVG scheme for this role. Full support will be given for you to achieve this.
Services:

* Home support
* Community Support
* Day and night shift.
* Various hours from 2 - 12 hours.
* Early morning & evening support.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
