About The Role
We have a 6 bed residential home, supporting children with learning disabilities. Be a part of developing our service and help make a difference to a young person\'s life every day.
Position: Children\'s Care Team Leader
Location: Walsall (WS4)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Hours are 7.00am - 9.00pm and there is sleep ins which is a requirement (£55 per sleep).

Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of a shift to support the service manager.
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the team in supporting the children to achieve their goals and aspirations.
About You
* Experience supporting children with learning disabilities.
* Passion for providing a high standard of support that enables children and young people to be as independent as possible, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy, and have a fun, fulfilling life.
* Able to work across a variety of shifts on a rota basis.
* Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children\'s Care or be working towards the qualification.

About The Service
Bluebell House is a brand new 6 bedded children’s home in Walsall, providing support for children with a learning disability and/or physical disability.
The home includes breakout spaces, 2 activity rooms, a sensory room and two lounge spaces. All bedrooms have en-suites and will be personalised with input from the children.
Our aim is to ensure the children we support have their voices heard and acted upon to enable them to live their best potential and outcomes.
