We are recruiting on behalf of a world-class precision engineering manufacturer supplying into critical industries such as aerospace, automotive and advanced manufacturing. * Days M-T and 12.30 Fri
* Earlies (+10% shift premium )
* Afternoons (+20% shift premium )

The Role
You will play a key role in producing high-precision machined components, working to extremely tight tolerances and exacting standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating and setting CNC machines
* Producing complex components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Working on bespoke, high-specification parts and applying knowledge of materials and machining methods
* Manufacturing components to achieve critical geometrical tolerancing and ensuring product conformity
What We're Looking For
* Apprentice trained Engineer
* Strong experience in precision machining
* Proven ability to work to tight tolerances and geometric standards
* Experience with complex components and small batch/bespoke work
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* A genuine pride in workmanship and attention to detail
* Someone who cares about the quality of what you produce
* Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
