We’re looking for a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our friendly Supported Living service in Ashington, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
About the Role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll be ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of the people we support during night hours. Your role will involve:

Monitoring individuals throughout the night, responding to needs and emergencies.

Providing personal care and promoting dignity at all times.
*
Carrying out domestic tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
*
Keeping accurate records and handover notes for the daytime team.
*
Supporting with early morning routines to start the day positively.
Requirements:

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
*
Ability to work night shifts reliably
*
Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
*
Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
