Our lovely Client based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting for an Business Development Account Manager to carry out the following: You will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. You will be using your strong communications skills to identify and develop business opportunities for supply chain technology and services including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, Label Printing and associated services. Responsibilities: Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and other lead generation methods Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in Company Microsoft Dynamics CRM system Identifying efficiency & productivity issues within your customer base, and collaborating with Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to build and implement solutions that ensure successful outcomes Skills / qualities required: Strong verbal & written communications skills Experience in business development and account management, with an ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
