My client is a forward-thinking and well-established law firm on the lookout for an Employment Solicitor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients across a range of contentious employment matters.
* Representing clients in tribunals, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Solicitor with a passion for employment law (NQ plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
