Trainee Assembly operator – Wave Solder

The position will be based in the PCB Department, within a team of people who manufacture high quality products for our customers. The role will be operating our wave solder machine, to ensure that the high-quality products are being manufactured at the level we require.

Responsabilities:

* Operating Machinery
* Setting Machinery
* Maintaining MAchinery
* Handdling PCB's
* Meeting specific departmental and company target
* Inspecting and finishing product prior before passing to next process
* Follow systems / procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality.

Skills, Experience & Person Specification

* Computer literate & basic mathematics
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
* Experience using similar machinery preferable.
* Understanding mechanical drawings / artwork preferable
* Full training will be given.
