Reeson Education are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a leading college specialising in teaching pupils on the autistic spectrum. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people with autism, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our students.
As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our teachers in delivering a high-quality education programme that meets the unique needs of our students. You will work closely with our pupils, providing them with support and guidance both inside and outside the classroom. You will help to create a safe and nurturing environment where our students can thrive and develop their skills and abilities.
The successful teaching assistant candidate will have:
- Experience working with pupils on the autistic spectrum

This is a full time teaching assistant role. As a teaching assistant you will be working term time only as this teaching assistant role is for when the school is open. You will not be working over any of the holidays as the school does not require any teaching assistant to work over the holidays.
As a teaching assistant the hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:00.
