Academic Programmes Officer
The Academic Programmes Officer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our academic programmes, coordinating assessments, managing student records, and providing vital administrative support to academic staff and students alike. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of academic processes and enhancing the overall student experience, working closely with academic staff and the Director of Learning & Teaching to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities
* Support timetabling, exams, and assessment coordination.
* Maintain accurate student records and academic systems.
* Assist with exam boards and results processing.
* Provide administrative support to academic staff and tutors.
* Support student academic success initiatives such as study support sessions.
* Respond to student queries regarding academic processes.
Qualifications
* Experience in higher education administration or a similar environment.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Experience with timetabling, scheduling, or academic processes (desirable).
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with students and staff.
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
