Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to advance your career? If so, we are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our supportive and inclusive community within our homes.
In this role, you will work alongside care assistants to deliver the highest quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalizing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in alignment with Akari values.
We rely on our trusted care teams to create a home-like environment for our residents and their visiting families, catering to their individual needs.
