The Role
They are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Development Service Manager to lead the Community Project. This vital role oversees the delivery of key services including the Food Club, emergency food parcels (as part of the Household Support Fund), and the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strategic leadership of the community:based services and projects.
* Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships; represent the project at key forums
* Manage the Community Development Lead and Community Development Officer
* Champion community:led innovation and co:design
* Lead data collection and reporting for funders and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, funding, and reporting requirements.
* Appointments are subject to them receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service : enhanced DBS
