Software Engineer / Developer Madrid onsite to €120,000
Are you a technologist Software Engineer with a first class education looking for an opportunity to progress your career, working on complex and interesting systems in an impactful role?
You could be joining a FinTech start-up as a founding member of the Madrid office, the company has secure backing and an established Hedge Fund client as a partner.
As a Senior Software Engineer you will collaborate with a small, talented team to deliver new features on the core trading platform within a Microsoft environment using the latest versions of C# .Net to produce high quality code. You'll take ownership of projects and see the results of your work quickly.
Location:
You'll be based in Madrid on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).
About you:
1. You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
2. You're a technologist who enjoys collaborating and problem solving, working on complex, distributed systems
3. You have expertise with modern C# .Net (will also consider other OO languages e.g. Java, C++, Python but you must be happy to use C# going forward)
4. You have a strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and have experience across the full software development lifecycle
5. You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms
6. You're excited to join a start-up in a role that you can shape and influence
7. You have fluent English language skills
