This is a great opportunity for an experiencedCommercial Truck individual to develop our business sales volumes for both theService and Parts Contract Productson new vehicle sales, trailer and renewals within the Midlands region. Offering a great basic salary of up to £38,000 with a commission structure, company car, 7% matched pension scheme plus many benefits that come from being within a global organisation. Main Tasks:
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and to develop working relationships with key market company representatives and communicate dealer activities and initiatives
* Effectively plan activity levels to include regular account maintenance visits and target account visits.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Hold regular development and review meetings with key accounts.
* In conjunction with the Parts Personnel organise and control consignment stocks and supply contracts.
* Report on sales and margin levels.
* Work with the Workshop to develop service contract opportunities.
* Promote Renault Trucks in terms of its products, services and value at all times
* Be an ambassador for the brand in all dealings and activities on behalf of the Company.
Key Skills / Competencies:
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to stand alone, but also work within team environment.
* Self-confident with the ability to present well to small and large groups.
* A self-starter with a mature approach and ability to be diplomatic.
* Evidence of sales negotiation skills.
* Numerical awareness
* Business analysis skills.
* Appropriate experience in a commercial vehicles sales environment including knowledge of the UK Truck market.
