Clover HR are recruiting for a HR Associate to provide responsive HR advice and support as advised by the Lead HR Associate for all clients. Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team and clients, assisting with a range of HR-related matters such as employee records, documentation, scheduling, and compliance tasks. Prepare and format standard case management letters for individual client cases, such as invitations to disciplinary hearings, written warnings, and GP report requests, using templates as instructed by the team. Assist in the collation and drafting of HR policies and procedures, ensuring documents are up-to-date and properly filed. Organise and maintain suites of client support materials, including contracts of employment, employee handbooks, and related HR documentation. Support the development and maintenance of HR operational processes and administrative procedures. Maintain positive working relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate administrative support, tailored to their needs. Help implement HR policies and procedures under the guidance of senior HR staff, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company protocols.
