Your Role as Onboarding Manager
As a vital member of our project team, reporting to the Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will take charge of all site inductions for subcontractors, staff, and visitors. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with our health & safety regulations and company procedures. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering comprehensive and interactive site inductions.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures, including health & safety and environmental standards.
* Engaging with all project team members to promote effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
* Managing and directing the induction process, including planning and scheduling.
* Keeping the induction content up to date with the current status of the project.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:
* Experience in managing site inductions is a plus, but not essential.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* A team player who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and hold an audience during presentations.
* Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
