About The Team County Fleet Maintenance are Warwickshire County Council in-house vehicle maintenance and fleet assistance providers.
About The Role You will be responsible for a team of technicians, providing administrative and clerical support to the workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication. This involves managing schedules, stock and vehicle parts, coordinating resources, handling paperwork, and maintaining records related to workshop activities and customer interactions. This is a full-time permanent role working 37 hours per week.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience managing a workshop and a team
* Knowledge of workshop, fleet or technical service operations
* Understanding of compliance requirements (health & safety, MOT regulations, recordkeeping standards)
* Good communication skills to liaise with Supervisors, Technicians, customers and suppliers
