Kickstart your Building Surveying career with our comprehensive two‑year program. Designed specifically for graduates, this program supports you to navigate the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway.

1. Exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management across a variety of property types and sectors.
2. Opportunities for international work across Europe.


Responsibilities

* Conduct building inspections and surveys.
* Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
* Assist with the preparation of cost estimates.
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
* Support project teams in the delivery of building projects.

Qualifications

* Academic Credentials: RICS‑accredited degree or master's conversion course in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum).
* Technical Acumen: understanding of technical aspects of building surveying and interest in real estate and built environment.

Additional Information

In some regional roles the ability to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices.
